Can anyone tell me how long it is taking for them to get a display ad approved right now? Mine is going on 12 days. Thanks!

I recommend you to delete and create the ad again. It could help to the system check it again (I repeat, IT COULD help)

They are telling me they will only escalate it if it's under 48 hours. UNDER? So brand new ads can get escalated and approved faster?

In google ads support center is not possible to escalate the ad internally at this moment. You can wait or delete and create It again, only this 2 options. I suggest you the first option

2 days on average everything google is a little slow right now

@raynell9 it’s google no one can be specific lol Examples Partner account managers are stepping back and if handing over accounts to more junior managers Google my business super slow more than 70% of their team is remote now so the systems are delayed or put on hold

You should try to edit the ad, even just save it again and it should be approved in a couple of hours. I have experience as I worked also in the support team for Google.
