I have a remarketing campaign and in that campaign I made ad groups based on audiences of people who visited specific pages of my website. I made responsive display ads. It says they are eligible but I don't see anything delivering. Contacted support who said they are still "in review" though all I see is eligible (there's an older audience for the entire website that is currently running and it says eligible too, not approved) These ads have been up since last week so I'm trying to think of what else could be wrong? All I was told is they're still in review and it could be because of Covid-19 that they still aren't approved.
