Hello everyone, I want to use my client's adwords but in order to do this must I get his Gmail address ? I cant use my client center because there is no option for to use keyword planner or any feature there. Help would really appreciated

Can he add you as a user in the account? Have him do a screen share and walk him through it.  
The Google AdWords Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about successful search engine marketing (SEM) ads through Google AdWords.
