First time I've experienced this issue. But I'm seeing site link extensions in my ads when I do a google search. However, I've triple checked my ads dashboard and I'm not using site link extensions. Thoughts?

Yep, automated. You can can turn them off if you so desire. Go the automated extension section in Kristina's screenshot. On the right side of the screen click the 3 dots, then advanced options.

Fucking google. always trying to milk us. Should've known. Thanks guys Are there any automated extensions you guys have had good results with or do you turn them all off?

@definiens35 they are not necessarily bad, problem is you just don't know how they look. So it's just about how much you trust Google. Keep in mind they are manually written so they usually make sense.

@nalchik Yeah. I generally write my own sitelink extensions and want them onpage so as to improve conversions. Their automated sitelinks goes offpage, away from the LP.

For one of my clients, we turn them off simply because the client is pretty strict with brand messaging.

How would you know which ads these extensions are showing for? And further to that Q - if I opt to turn them off - Google wants to know which extensions I want to turn off - list looks like so; Note: - I turned them all off but realised after doing so that Google was actually telling me it was dynamic sitelinks they were adding.
