Question

Face masks are being disapproved in Google Merchant Center for "Forbidden pharmaceuticals or products making misleading claims, Offensive or inappropriate content (Capitalizing on sensitive events)". I see one or two listings in shopping. Since there is no support I'm not sure if they are banned or what is going on. I have another client that sells industrial floor signs that have face mask pictures on them for hospitals/manufacturing facilities and they are disapproved for the same reason. Wondering if I need to take something out of the title/description/page? Has anyone listed face masks successfully in the past month?

@raynell9 I've been chatting with them. They say they aren't banned, I can change titles/descriptions and escalate for manual review. The floor sign has been in the manual review que for a whole week already. I'm also getting that "invalid availability" error on the face masks with "in stock" in the product feed and in stock availability in the site schema. If it's banned right now at least be like Microsoft and just say so. Ugh.
