The Google credit will be applied to your ad account directly (you should receive a notification/email letting you know) - also, to be eligible you need to have had an account active on/before 1/1/2018. Did you apply for the Facebook one? I don't know a time table on that one, but I imagine it will be a decent bit of time. They just announced yesterday a 3rd party administrator over the funds.

When Google says "in the coming months" it can take anywhere from a few months to a year or more. But since the credits need to be used before the end of 2020, I imagine they will be issued sometime before December?

@penicillin agree. What is all this about. People think they will receive a few thousand dollar per account. Most likely every account will get a credit of around 40/50 bucks.

@penicillin yeah, Google never offers big $$. It probably won’t be much or their marketing Dept will figure a way to give it to a non profit’s account for a PR opportunity.
