I've inherited a Google Ads account with a few users that have admin level management access.

I've inherited a Google Ads account with a few users that have admin level management access. How do I remove or change their level of access within their account? I would normally call support but their phone support isn't available with COVID-19. Suggestions?

You have to be the administrative owner or request that of them.  
The Google AdWords Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about successful search engine marketing (SEM) ads through Google AdWords.
