Question

Anyone know what "null character" google wants when uploading an audience csv? I tried using 0s and it didn't like that. I promise I googled this and searched group first, this seems like such a simple q.

So it seems to want different null values depending on the column, or there must be some null character that it ignore (but I can confirm that character is not 0). Can work around by putting something fake in those columns, just would think theres a better way.

@geniegenii72 There is no message about null values? You must follow a crazy rules for formatting, indeed. I can't remember clear what they should be, but I think that the issue is not about the null values. or maybe you have to remove the column name, if there is no data for it.

@raynell9 Thanks for suggestion. Issue is it's tens of thousands of rows and some have email some don't, some have phone some don't etc. It didn't like blank enttiess either. Going to add in fake info to hopefully get it accepted and will report back with whatever eventually works.

@geniegenii72 Just separate them by two files. One with phone numbers. The other with emails.

What exactly the error you got? I remember when I uploaded data for customer match audience it was a pain in the a$$.
