No, as long as you correctly flag them as out of stock in the feed

How do you mean? If I look in merchant center I have 134 active products, and I can see under "availability" it says either in stock or out of stock. So that should be enough for Google Ads to know not to show the products that are out of stock right?

@putup if you check the product INSIDE GOOGLE ads it should show as innactive due to out of stock.

Just update it on your feed, or just put in stock products on your feed.
