Go add your extensions. Call out extenstion is what your looking for. But you should also add Sitelink extensions. Etc

Since that is a shopping ad there are no extensions. I believe those are automatically pulled by google

I think that you can add those parameters with a supplementar feed in the merchant center.

@plurality39566 No. It's not too simple. Those 'two words' are not part of the description. They are something different. So, the question is what?

@raynell9 if I would have been her and found that they are really important keywords, I would have changed the title around these two words.

They are automated by google. You cant add or modify them. Not sure how they are pulled to be honest.
