Best answer
Go add your extensions. Call out extenstion is what your looking for. But you should also add Sitelink extensions. Etc

Since that is a shopping ad there are no extensions. I believe those are automatically pulled by google

They are automated by google. You cant add or modify them. Not sure how they are pulled to be honest.
