I use callrail to track callls & I'm pretty positive that i have my conversions setup correctly. However, sometimes phone calls doesn't count as a conversion. does anyone know why? I've even changed call length to make it shorter to count as a conversion, but still doesn't.

SRE you importing goals from Analytics into ads? If so, check GA to make sure that the goals are registering there.
