I just created a google ads account, put all the information details, and expecting they won't charge before but now I do not have control over my PPC.

I just created a google ads account, put all the information details, and expecting they won't charge before but now I do not have control over my PPC. I just create 10 mint ago. Can anyone please guide me? When they will allow me to run ads manually?

When you create your first campaign they have it on smart mode by default. In the top right hand corner there should be some dots. You click those and it should give you the option to switch to "expert mode" of basically the real Google Ads
