I need help!  I have 15 different Campaigns running, but they all stopped suddenly yesterday.I need help! I have 15 different Campaigns running, but they all stopped suddenly yesterday. NONE of them are getting impressions, very different Campaigns, different countries, different businesses. There is enough money of course, so that's not the problem. Unfortunately there is no support because of the pandemic. The only thing I changed yesterday is my billing address. Anyone experienced this before? Zero impressions, zero clicks on ALL campaigns. How is this possible?

Hi Changing your billing details probably falsely flagged your account to be reviewed. While 'under review' your ads are not delivered. It usually gets fixed after 2-3 days after a human verified nothing is fraudulent.

Could be a delay in metrics being recorded.

No, because there should be conversions of new clients, and there are zero new customers coming.

Billing problem?

If lots of accounts go down that is where I would start

Happened to me too. For some reason Facebook changed the page setting ( the setting on the Facebook page) so it would t show ads to anyone in Australia. Don’t know why. Took me three days to work out. As soon as I changed it the ads started again.

This is about Google Ads, not Facebook. My ads were running for months now without change, some of them are running for 2 years now without change, and they ALL stopped yesterday.

The first thing that's wrong is that you're running multiple companies from the same account. Although that problem would not be the reason ads stopped running, it's the first thing I would fix. As for why ads stopped running, it's likely that the change of billing address has triggered a review.

If the OP has an MCC, there is nothing wrong with running multiple companies from the same account.

@penicillin if he's running from an MCC then he has multiple accounts under its umbrella. He stated the are all in the same account.

First thing having different companies under 1 account is not a good practice, for starters if one company gets the disapproval’s for issues on the website, all companies are now disapproved. (The website disapproved for hackers in the backend can’t remember the name) next its more than likely connected to the billing change.

I agree that having different companies under one account is wrong. Where do you see that? The OP doesn't reference whether all of these campaigns are under one account or not. Maybe I missed it, and if so, I apologize.

@penicillin he clearly states different “businesses”

@jessen81 I guess my understanding was he has different businesses, running very different campaigns and they all stopped running. I assumed he was using a MCC.

@jessen81 I see my error.

@penicillin all good. Yep MCC would be the best way to manage this!
