Janeva just shared a salad on her new site. I made just the dressing for this week's lunch vegetables. It is so simple and really good, I bet it would make a great coleslaw too. You can adjust amounts according to the number of servings you are making. 2 T. oil 2 T. lime juice 1 tsp. sea salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper

@officiary then I’d probably do a slaw-based cabbage with a zest of lime and vinegar based. Add shrimp! Just my take.

I make it Asian style with soy, fresh grated ginger, garlic, like juice, chilis diced small, and a little olive oil. Super tasty.

@tara9 sometimes I add a little ACV and tiny bit of stevia to it, but it is good by itself too

Shredded cabbage, lime juice , salt and olive oil. Supper yummy! You can add cilantro and just a bit of onions (any kind) for more flavor. I make this often

Shredded cabbage, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Also onion if you like them.
