Ok here goes the question. At least I think it's a question. Been on P4 for several months. I went down lower than ever excepted figuring I would go back up a bit after I got to a comfortable weight. I did and I am good with my number, most of the time. I stay focused Monday through Friday. On Saturday and Sunday not so much but I still avoid many things that I used to just eat all the time. With that said on monday morning, like this week I was at 208. Friday morning I was at 199. Today I am at 200. Is it odd to be going up and down that much in 2 to 3 days, and then back down during the week? 200 is ok and I am good with that based on where I started but 8 to 9 lbs in that time frame. One would think I ate a small cow or something but it just drops back off during the week as long as I stay focused. I think there is a question, or 2, in here. Your feedback is appreciated.

@unlade what does your weekend “not so much”look like? Salt, alcohol, carbs etc can all play a part in fluctuation as you know.

Since November. I go up and down, but only about a 3-4 lb difference. I just keep watching the scale and adjust as needed:)
