Does anyone actually go to the center to weigh in? I still plan on going, but wonder if they will question me on why I’m not purchasing any of their products? Now, that I’m aware of other alternatives, I can’t imagine paying $30 a box.

The people who work at the clinic earn a living by selling products. Nothing wrong with that and there’s nothing wrong with you wanting to not purchase their products. But you can’t expect to use their services without paying for it.

@freida I had to pay $350 to sign up, so I was disappointed that they were going to charge me $12 drop in fee when I stopped purchasing their food. I would of thought they would at least let you weigh yourself if they were in the office

@sempstress43 I think $12 is fair.

I do! I buy 6 packets for a weekly $25 fee- and get the coaching and measurements. that’s what my clinic offers

@gleich then I pay $25 fee

@gleich they let me do it maybe because they know I do the alternative program now? I did the regular for 6 months before switching

I got to my coach every week or two weeks depending on whether or not the weather is decent. You guys get charged a fee?!?!?! What is up with that

@decal how do you pay for their service if you don't buy the products? I don't pay a fee but buy their products.

@repetitious I buy IP products regularly, but some of the people in this group that have mentioned going to a coach said they actually pay fees to go see them. is this accurate

I did IP to goal and wouldn't have gone there and not bought their food. I had great coaches and its how they make their living. Now when I do yearly resets I do it myself (and this group is my coach).

I thought they don't usually let you go weigh in if you don't purchase food from them?

I do. I'm in maintenance and my weigh-ins are free, but I buy food from time to time to 'earn my keep'. Can't expect them to work for free.

I am very lucky in that my coach supports IPA. She is actually the one who told me of this site and some protein drinks that were cheaper than the IP packets.

@gleich, go to the clinic, buy the wafers, ship them to me. Lol! I have made it 6 weeks on IPA with no wafers. I NEED wafers. That used to be my reward for no cheating. Going on ebay now to look for wafers.
