What’s can be made with the premier ready to drink shakes? I’ve tried and loved the crema brûlée thing and o wandering if anyone has tried to bake with it like you would the powders. I can’t find one powder that I like the aftertaste.

I tried to freeze the caramel premier protein for an ice cream. stirring every 30 minutes and then it went in the trash because it didn’t turn out well at all

If you blend it with ice (and I’ve heard cauliflower rice though never tried it) it makes an ok ice creamish concoction

I have Quest Vanilla premade and I think it tastes like ice cream. I will have to freeze it. Thanks!

@clos988 It can be tough to get it out of the carton  I flip the tabs on the sides up & cut those off with scissors, then cut it down the sides to get it out ! It’s so worth it

Maybe I will pour it into a bowl or some kind of container first. Thanks for the heads up.

I use the premier ready to drink shake vanilla as a base for the chicken tikka masala the recipe is in the Jeneva cookbook. It actually taste better than ideal protein vanilla shake it’s a touch sweeter. And the tomato paste thickens it up it’s perfectly good I’ll see if I can find a picture of it I’ve taken a picture before to show my mom she’s out of state

@accouplement never would have thought of that! Is this in the new book?

@frameup yes! It really is easy to make if you have one of those processors that does the chopping for the cilantro. For me I put the cilantro all in the meal I don’t sprinkle it on top but I like the flavor. It is an amazing meal in my opinion if you like Indian food
