Whatever you do, stay away from the Walden Farms peanut butter--it's honestly the worst thing I've ever tasted!

@cain3544 agreed. Yuk

@cain3544 if you use it in a chocolate shake it’s good! But alone. scary stuff.

@propulsion Interesting, but I don't do shakes, so I'll just have to trust you on that. :-)

I have added the WF peanut better to waffles and muffins too and had pretty good luck. Plain all there stuff is gross lol

@cain3544 it is so gross, but if you want to use your peanut butter, make the peanut butter muffins from Janeva’s cookbook. It uses the WF peanut butter and the muffins are actually AMAZING!

@rhubarb I immediately threw that jar of peanut butter right in the trash after I had a taste of it. LOL

@cain3544 oh man! The peanut butter muffins are SO good. Which is shocking! I meal prep them for breakfast sometimes.

You can make peanut butter with Quest peanut butter protein powder, 1 tsp olive oil, salt to taste and water to consistency. I use it with celery or jicama sticks. Great meal!

The current protocol phase 1 does not include nuts or any type of nut butters or nut milks.

All I can say is that it’s not on the sheet ‍♀️

@thiourea9341 I know. I'm a huge PB fan, but I guess that's part of why I need IPA. Proti Diet makes a "peanut butter surprise" bar that fits protocol and does the trick for me. I order them off of Amazon and then keep the house free of the real stuff to avoid "snackcidents. "

@rick222 lol. I was making P&B/ banana snacks for my puppies recently. It was all I could do not to lick the bowl! I mean it really was only PB and bananas.

@fibroblast I just made a banana bread with chocolate chips and walnuts for my grandkids and sorry to report I took a spoonful! Washing it down with lots of water and some ACV! Cleansing Oh geez

@fibroblast The PB trauma is real!

PB is one of my major weaknesses. Might be my number 1.

@dyl43741 thanks I will try!

^Agreed. I made a nice peanut Thai soup using some Quest-made PB! Although I prefer grapeseed oil for its subtle texture, buttery mouthfeel.
