Whatever you do, stay away from the Walden Farms peanut butter--it's honestly the worst thing I've ever tasted!

Interesting, but I don't do shakes, so I'll just have to trust you on that. :-)

it is so gross, but if you want to use your peanut butter, make the peanut butter muffins from Janeva’s cookbook. It uses the WF peanut butter and the muffins are actually AMAZING!

I immediately threw that jar of peanut butter right in the trash after I had a taste of it. LOL

You can make peanut butter with Quest peanut butter protein powder, 1 tsp olive oil, salt to taste and water to consistency. I use it with celery or jicama sticks. Great meal!

The current protocol phase 1 does not include nuts or any type of nut butters or nut milks.

I know. I'm a huge PB fan, but I guess that's part of why I need IPA. Proti Diet makes a "peanut butter surprise" bar that fits protocol and does the trick for me. I order them off of Amazon and then keep the house free of the real stuff to avoid "snackcidents. "

lol. I was making P&B/ banana snacks for my puppies recently. It was all I could do not to lick the bowl! I mean it really was only PB and bananas.

^Agreed. I made a nice peanut Thai soup using some Quest-made PB! Although I prefer grapeseed oil for its subtle texture, buttery mouthfeel.
