leningrad I get protein powder on Amazon along with Quest chips . Vitamin Shop on line for Walden Farms strawberry syrup for salad dressing and WF marshmellow for baking donuts. Built Bar. com for choci oate bars ( I love the orange filled ones). Each day I have protein donuts using the Quest protein powder ( I like salred caramel) and WF marshmellow (baking powder, water, olive oil and egg white) for breakfast ÷ i bake on Saturdays and freeze- then toast in morning, salad with the WF strawberry syrup dressing/4 oz grilled chix ( I make 5 on Sundays), bag of bbq Quest chips and dinner is 4 oz fish, chicken or beef with 2 cups allowed veggies ( or a recipe fromJeneva's cook book *a must! for variety and really good flavored foods- love her soups, orange chicken, fried rice, dirty rice, fried caramel apple, Tikki Marsala and Big Mac in a bowl). and then a Built Bar a bit later for dessert. I keep a stash of Walden Farms: caramel, maple syrup, orange marmelade and thousand island dressing for some fave recipes from the cookbook.
