1 lb. ground sausage, 1 small diced onion, 1 TBS. Sesame oil, 1 TBS. Rice vinegar, 2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tsp. Ground Ginger or grated Fresh Ginger(that's what I used), 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 16 oz. shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup match stick carrots, 2 green onions sliced. Cook & drain sausage, place in a bowl. Add oil, vinegar & onion cook for a few minutes. Add cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, cook just til starting to wilt. Add back in sausage. Stir til combined. Serve in bowls & garnish with green onions. I used only 1 pan to cook this. My large cast iron dutch oven pot. Saves on clean up. Absolutely, Delicious.
