Ground beef, ghee butter and regular butter, cauliflower, eggs, aged cheeses, avocados (trying to consume less as they're not local and are pretty bad for the environment and the farmers growning them being forced to pay tributes to cartels) bell peppers, beef fat (raw cuts, non rendered), fatty wild fish and lastly cabbages. My goal is to use as much local ingredients as possible

@redan I am also aware of the avocado issues. what would you say is a similar food to avocado -in god fats- that isn’t meat? Coconut?

Taco meat to make taco salad, eggs, sausage, cheese, pepperoni, tuna, heavy whipping cream, spinach, cucumber, cabbage, butter, cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, olives, pickles.

Chocolate Shakeology protein shake, zucchini lasagna, chicken/veg stir fry, low carb chili, tuna cucumber boats, BLT lettuce wraps, omelette w/ bacon or sausage, pizza casserole crustless, or baked chicken and veggies with cauli mash
