I make my own and it is so yummy! Chicken wings, onion, a few carrots, 2 celery sticks cut up, black peppercorns, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, fill crock pot with water, covering the chicken. Put the lid on, turn on high for a couple hours, then to low. I let it cook for a day, take the chicken meat off the bones while throwing the bones and skin back in the crock pot, lid goes back on and I let it cook for a couple more days. I strain the broth through cheese cloth into big mason jars. Enjoy! Do Not eat the carrots or celery ;)

Remove what you don't want to consume them blend it all, bones meat bits etc. An orthopaedic surgeon gave this recipe to my mom and told her of all the benefits. Butchers are great for selling and perhaps giving you bones they'd toss away. Lamb, beef, turkey, yes chicken, fish, pork. Goat. Nice to have variety. @squamulose fantastic recipe. Toss in garlic too or oregano to switch up flavours.

@cuyler I roast in the oven bones, carrots, celery, onions and garlic for a couple of hours, then put into instapot for at least 8 hours or more. Strain into glass jars. Cool, attach lids, then freeze.
