Any new hobbies anyone has? I’m not very crafty so that’s out. but feel like I need something else to add “purpose”. Figured I’d ask what y’all are doing for that.

I’m looking at starting to knit. Growing up my grandma used to teach us all the lady skills but I wasn’t interested. I compared crochet to knitting and found that alone was interesting. Master Class has BOGO subscription. On my radar too.

@mcroberts45953 is it a book or class that you’re studying ? I’ve always been interested in it, since I’m a hair stand have been intrigued by Aveda, whose name came from Ayurveda!

@tradition345 Ahhh beautiful. Very happy to guide you. Ayurveda is a 5000. 00 year old ancient lifestyle . Intermittent fasting was originated in Ayurveda. You know how they say - you are what you eat! Ayurveda says - you are what you digest! I am reading a lot of books ( mostly brought from india) as could not get authentic stuff here! Rest I am practicing by eating correct food combinations! somehow Ayurveda runs in every household in india but our generation is getting disconnected due to all the fads which are more influencing currently. But it’s amazing to see how Malibu celebs and Hollywood is all digging into it now! I can message you if you need more info

Jen, you should give Chalk Couture a try. You don’t need to be very crafty and your kiddos would love it too.
