Ok.  Where can I go to adopt a dog?Ok. Where can I go to adopt a dog? Or where is there to look for breeders? I have searched all the local places and there isn't one that fits us, either that or a zillion people are asking about the same one we are. We have wanted a dog for awhile and figured with the way things are that it is a good time to adopt or buy, just not from a pet store like petland.

I couldn’t recommend any place more! First vet vists are free and the adoption fee comes with all mandatory shots and microchip. You also get $100 back if you choose to spay/neuter the pup if they aren’t already!

Weight way rescue Wages for wishes There are a bunch. Me I would adopt a pup before I ever went to a pet store there have been stories about them coming from puppy mills. Don’t know how true it is or not.

Look at Petfinder. If you aren't sure if a breed them I wouldn't go to a breeder until you have researched the breed them research a breeder which can take a long time. It's more than a referral

We adopted from Orphans of the Storm and Rover Rescue. Both were fabulous and didn’t have a billion hoops to jump through.
