Question

For those of you that have taken walks around the River Walk, are there restrooms for the littles to go? We don't live close enough for my 4yo to hold it and make it home. Thanks

Park Restrooms at the Riverwalk Café, Knoch Knolls Nature Center, Nike Sports Complex and Pioneer Park are available for use and are cleaned daily. On park district website

Per the park district, they did open some restrooms again. We walked right past the Riverwalk Cafe last weekend and the bathrooms appeared to be open - signs and locks removed

I believe they are all locked up (someone there more recently can confirm though). Best suggestion is to bring a small potty in the car just in case. Most public areas have everything locked up.

The bathroom in the Egg Harbor building is available. I know they like it to be “for customers” but for a little one I’m sure no one would say anything. That door was open last week for our DDS appt

@terina just get a travel potty for your car. I had one when my first was potty training.

Oh, mine is fully trained. Shes just not good at holding it for a few minutes while we run to find a place to go.

I have been bringing a potty chair and wipes with me in the trunk when we go for a long ride or somewhere to walk . It came handy few times.
