Hello, tech-savvy folks!  I would like to share a Google Slide presentation with embedded videos to a group of people.Hello, tech-savvy folks! I would like to share a Google Slide presentation with embedded videos to a group of people. The videos are from Youtube and my Google Drive. I have tried "get shareable link", and opening the sharing to "anyone with link can view", as well as trying to search for tutorials, but so far, nothing is working. My test subjects are reporting that they need to ask permission to view each and every video from the Google Drive. The Youtube videos work fine. Is there a way to share without the step of responding to a whole lot of emails asking for permission for each individual video embedded? I would prefer not to make the sharing "public". Thanks

For each video in your Drive, not just the presentation itself, you will need to click Share and then Get Shareable Link. Make sure it is set for anyone with the link can view. Not sure if that’s it or not though!

Move all of the files (Slides, videos) into the same folder on Drive and then share the folder with view access with all of the people, but I would also unclick the option to send a notification.

Yes - as long as the videos are in that folder as well, it will give them access to view everything. You’re welcome!
