My daughter loves her fitbit. She has red spot in the inner wrist where the clasp is. Just curious if anyone else had this? Ive told her to switch wrists and she has but prefers the same arm. Its really just an irritation and not an allergic reaction.

Try a different style band

Or put clear nail polish on the clasp.

I have an Apple watch and the same thing happened to me. I put some clear nail polish over the metal part, which needs to be redone from time to time. Hydrocortizone for the red itchy spot. I also switch wrists and move it higher or lower on my arm so it's not in the same spot.

I had to switch bands on my Apple Watch that kept doing it (the rubber / silicone bands cause irritation)

@interlocutory I switched to this one. No issues at all.

Same thing happens to me when I wear the rubber band. I bought these off Amazon and never have the issue. I’m sure they make them in other sizes for other models. Fitlink Stainless Steel Metal. .
