Hi moms!  We need to replace our over the range microwave as it died last week.Hi moms! We need to replace our over the range microwave as it died last week. Hubby insists he can Install it, but I’m apprehensive about ordering one bc I’m afraid it will be wrong somehow. Suggestions on where to call that might give good customer service over the phone? Thanks!

We need to buy one also and my husband wants to install it. Waiting for him to run in to a problem when we get ours. You can try to watch youtube video on how to do it.

We bought ours from ADT and their installation fee wasn’t bad.

@macadamia Best Buy is asking $200 if it’s an over the range unit. That includes delivery but it nearly doubles the price

We actually have one that you can have - it runs fine but we replaced it in our kitchen remodel. If you’d like to grab it, it’s yours. That way if it get screwed up, atleast you didn’t buy one. Let me know if you’d like it.

We just replaced ours. 2nd time we've had to replace one. It is a fairly simply and straightforward DYI install. Comes with a mounting plate for the back wall and bolts to secure from above. I'd say let him do it!
