Question

I am looking for Labradoodle or Goldendoodle. I am checking Rescue Shelters and not finding any. Do you have any recommendation where I can get one? Maybe you know someone who cannot keep their dog? Trying my luck here . If no luck, any good breeder recommendation is also appreciated.

I think if you wait a bit, the rescues and shelters are gearing up to get inundated with dogs that people realized were more work, once the state re opens and people have to return to work.

There are some in the rescue there is a rescue specific for this type of dog also try that group

Those are hard pups to find at the shelter. Your heart is in the right spot but you may have to look at a small family breeder to find. We got our doodle from Seven Hills Retrievers in central IL several years ago. Two local farms that put their pups together. Quite affordable compared to typical breeders.

Def join the doodles and poodles group on fb! They come across older and puppies In Our surrounding area- but they go really fast so I’d recommend checking daily. My dog’s dad is having puppies in June, take home August, but I believe she is already on a wait list. I can give you the info if you want!
