Basically, when our neighbors run their garbage disposal their waste bubbles up into our kitchen sink (they live directly above us). This started two weeks after we moved in, and we've had to call a plumber four times in the past 1. 5 years that we've lived here. I rarely use our disposal. I usually run it a couple times a week just to keep things flowing, but that's not working. The condo association said we are financially responsible for the pipes (it's in the "fine print") and when their plumbers came they said they see this problem often in our subdivision. The plumbers flush out the pipe below our sink and that usually keeps the problem at bay for a few months. Any suggestions on a permanent solution?
