Question

Anyone ever get to talk to a person at unemployment? I can get through, I try all the options, even the one that worked a week ago. Now I can’t even leave a message. It’s been over a month and I’m just frustrated!

My boyfriend also tried calling and nope they never answered, doesn’t matter how many times.

YES! go to their faceook page. there is a email address on there, email it! Someone found me and connected me to a direct person and fixed the issue! I also accidentally emailed the wrong department from an email listed on the ides site. So one of those 2 helped.
