terina yes. A pediatric feeding therapist can really help. There could be underlying issues as to why she is limiting what she’s eating. It could be oral motor related(her ability to actually bite, chew, manipulate food around in her mouth, swallow, etc) or sensory related (sensitivities to touch, smell, taste, visual look, texture, etc) or both. I’m a pediatric OT who doesn’t specialize in feeding, but I worked with a feeding therapist with my daughter and saw great success.
