Hi moms! I’m looking for suggestions and stores that I can buy nut and egg free treats for my daughters preschool class for her birthday.Hi moms! I’m looking for suggestions and stores that I can buy nut and egg free treats for my daughters preschool class for her birthday. I am thinking something like mini cupcakes or cookies? I’m thinking Whole Foods, but I thought I’d check bc I don’t have a lot of free time to run to multiple stores. Thanks!

Jewel has brownies and mini cupcakes called School Safe in their bakery section that are nut and dairy free!

@
delly,
oh really? Shoot. I just know they were safe for my daughter with a nut allergy and a friend of hers who has a dairy allergy but couldn't remember about the eggs. Darn it. it's so hard finding something yummy yet safe for all the food allergies. Good luck

Our preschool class had many allergies so they told us to bring popsicles. Just a thought. The kids loved them.

Jewel (in the healthy section) & Whole Foods sell a brand called "Enjoy Life" cookies that are free of those allergens + more! I would first reach out to the parents of the allergic kid(s) to see if they have any suggestions/safe options. I am an allergy mom, thank you for looking out for those kiddos That means a lot.

I’m not sure if this is helpful as I’m sure all schools are different but this is the approved list for our school. Foods have to be the exact brand listed.

Abe’s muffins from Whole Foods. They are dairy, egg, and nut free. Super tasty! We usually get the lemon poppyseed ones, but I’ve seen other flavors there
