Phillips park zoo has pavillions you can reserve and then have you guests attend the zoo since its free. The pavilions are reasonable. maybe $150 for a few hours

@tarter1732 we did this for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and loved it! Might be our new favorite venue. They have a splash pad and playground for the kids too!
