ALL lenders have great rates right now! Check bankrate. com and they will have the top lenders listed as well as estimated closing costs for each lender. PNC also has some amazing no PMI programs for those with excellent credit. Sometimes the bank you have your accounts will have the best rate as they give discounts depending on the type of accounts you have with them.
