For a change, no. But my daughter had to phone for a "reset" from their end the other day. The number is 800-934-6489 (automated); it may fix your problem. Good luck!

I had a problem with it a couple time this past week. Try to reset the modem. I have been ok since Wednesday. So maybe give that a try

Log into the app on your phone and go to the internet section, check the status of the modem. Then click restart modem. Clears up a lot of issues this way.

Nope as I use AT&T 50mbps DSL and hardly ever had any downtime. I also optimized my home WiFi network for maximum throughput to all my devices too.
