Anyone attending zumba classes in the area? I know that Niles Family Fitness has some in their schedule. Anyone attends those? Or have another place to recommend?

This will be ccx a combination of zumba and toning. If you have weights, bring them - especially if they are under 5 lbs.

I went every Sunday to Zumba at the fitness center for years. A knee problem has sidelined me. I really enjoyed it!

There are Zumba classes at the Maine Township Park District (Feldman Center) and also the Leaning Tower Y has classes

Niles Fitness Center Monday night class is the best. 6-7 pm.

Tam fitness center on caldwell has zumba classes Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings
