I guess I must clarify. I took (pics) pictures of the outside, of the house, that needs painting. I will provide them to interested persons. They will be able to get an idea of what is needed. Thank you

@uitlander394 This is the type of communication where 2 cases always ends in small court. and u will get what you pay for. LMAO. What type of handyman needing all pics right after right you described what is needed to be done?. I probably couldn't trust that individual who comes forward who now comes asking u "how many walls?. . and IF!. listen to this part: you the type of homeowner who meant ONLY >the damage part to be scrape, patch and painted EXACTLY as u describe? and now refused to pay the entire bill bec its not what u meant the painter who have thought Otherwise. Consult the professional.

@conners Maybe she wants to show him the extent of the work that needs to be done. I’ve had people not want the job after seeing it, because it’s too much work.

But there are ways if she wants to save. She needs to hire "under the table" type of individual and they're everywhere. She needs more than one and not hesitate for whatever materials cost her that project. this isn't the 90's anymore lol.

@conners it was for a hardwood floor and the subfloor wasn’t level. It was too much work and too difficult for them to level it. They obviously didn’t have the experience.
