Our fridge had the same issue and it was a censor that needed to be replaced. Soon as I get home I can take a photo of the fridge repair person we called

Vacuum the coils there probably dirty. There either underneath or in the back on older boxes. O

Are you blocking any vents in there? Have you cleaned the coils? If you adjusted the temperature your gonna have to wait 24 hours for it to stabilize

My was a Samsung so I’m not sure if the same situation. For me it was a temperature sensor that went bad and replaced it my self. It was around 30$ shipped. You tube helped diagnose and replace the problem.
