Is there still going to be a parade for the 4th of July ?

I doubt it, but if they do one thing is certain no passing out candy to the kids this year.

I would not count on it- but one never knows. How would the marching bands travel? and the crowds along the route? not enough room to space everyone out- and the picnic? i seriously doubt it. Maybe they could do a bigger spaced parade down Milwaukee ave now that all the businesses are closed!

I don’t think so . Maine East canceled their fireworks show so it’s just a matter of time before all others start cancelling too.

@tidy9 do you pay attention to what is being said by the medical experts. There won’t be people at football games, and they don not start until September. Who wants to take a chance on their health to see a parade.

I don't think so, I heard that since the liquor stores are open we are going to skip the 4th and go straight to the 5th.

Elk Grove Village (Who does fireworks for everything. even Christmas) cancelled all of their Summer events. The concert series and 4rh of Jul.
