I’m interested in a provider for Wi-Fi only. Any suggestions?

We use RCN and have good results. You can rent a router or bring your own. We use a hardline connection, though.

If comcast is your only option, you can always get their mobile Xfinity. It's about 25mbsp, no pesky modem rental fees, and it's like $60 a month.

We switched from Comcast to the AT&T fiber and get faster speeds more reliably and for way less. Regular AT&T DSL wasn’t good, but the fiber is great if they’ve installed it on your block yet (got it on our block last year).

@ethnography thanks but AT&T is not an option. Too many problems with them and their lack of customer service in the past.
