I noticed a 5G small cell in Oswego for the first time today. Anyone else notice? My heart sunk knowing how dangerous these are.

I apologize for the late response. It is located at the intersection of 34 and Pearces Ford Road in front of IHOP. I hope I'm wrong. Here is a picture and a video that shows the radiation that is being emitted from it.

I think it is unfounded to call it dangerous. There is no need to create hysteria. If anything, more research is needed, but this is meeting current safety regulations.

5G wireless technology is a form of non-ionizing radiation. And for that matter, so is the current 4G wireless technology and every other generation prior to that.

I mean—we all carry around the same radiation in our pockets. So. we literally demand this “dangerous” technology in the sky too.

@daff12- I have to ask- did you take the video using your 4g or 5g phone? And post on Facebook from your phone? I don’t know much about this but isn’t it all related? (Not starting a fight- truly just asking)
