Has anyone gotten their unemployment benefits? My co-worker, who was furloughed, filed on April 4 or 5 and still hasn’t received anything. She said she called the Tele Serv number but it said she needs to set up a PIN?

I was furloughed on 4/1 and haven’t heard anything yet either. I’ve attempted to certify to see if I’m lucky, but keep getting a response that I’m not able to certify. I have a co-worker who applied same day as me(4/2) and received his first payment this week. I’m going to try to just certify daily in hopes it’s finally “my day”. He said he was able to certify and never did receive a letter or email.

I filed 3/30 and hadn’t heard by 4/13. I just went to ides website and clicked on certify just to see if anything was on there and it happened to be my certification day so I certified . Had my direct deposit on weds! Oh and today 4/19, I just got my letter from ides stating my first certification day was 4/13. guess they’re behind

You have to apply weekly.

She needs to set up a PIN and after that they will tell you what day you need to call and certify.

The pin can be set up when she gets the bank card and call the number to activate

And the pin number will be the one used every time you call the automated number

That’s too soon everyone is waiting 3 to 4 weeks before receiving any funds

Call this number to find out certification date 312-338-4337, it took me a day to get through so keep trying. I filed on 4/2, certified 4/14 and received funds 4/16. You have to certify every 2 weeks.

Call the 312 # above it will ask for her info and tell her when she should certify. Everything is backed up and you don’t want to miss. You set up the pin due that time. Also, make sure she has already logged in to update to direct deposit.
