Question

Ordered toddler shoes from Carters. com bit of course they are the wrong size. I tried calling the store today to see if they are doing anything with curbside to do an even exchange but couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Any ideas? I hate to spend money on shipping a return.

Returns are free! I dropped mine at ups with a prepaid label

I ordered online so it came with the return Instructions and I think was available through my account online. If you bought in store I would just go online and chat with a rep - Maybe they can email you a label?
