I called on a Friday, the first 100 times I called, I got the “high call volume” recording. But when I called at 230, I finally got the other message. Sat on hold for about an hour and fifteen minutes, but was finally able to speak to someone. She was very very nice . I know it’s frustrating. But right now they are managing 4 million cases. There isn’t a call center in the world that could handle that kinda volume. Just keep trying. You’ll get through eventually.
