I need to fax something to our bank. But I don't have a fax and I know libraries are closed. Anywhere else I can go?

Can you just scan and email from your phone? There are few scan apps.

If you have an iPhone you can take a "scan" under the Notes app. Click on the camera button and it will give you an option to scan.

Download a free scanner on your phone. You can then send it to your email. That's what I use for work.
