Do you lump your snowball payments together and pay one payment a month or do you pay as you would have paid the bills? Here are the debts/expenses we had and now we paid them off or canceled.

I adjust my budget by paycheck so the new snowball amount is listed as the minimum payment for the debt I’m working on. So wherever Navy Fed falls in your month the payment is now $300+ or whatever it is.

I only have one so far but I pay it as I would have paid the original bill otherwise I wind up spending if I wait and combine it into a lump sum

For those of us who get paid monthly and pay everyone at one time, do you also keep up with actual payment due dates on the calendar such as the BBP workbook?

I’m a nurse so my job is secure right now and I don’t have to worry about paying my student loan bill this month (thank god) but because my federal student loan provider is offering to defer payment penalty free for the time being, would it make sense to do so?

Tax refund is coming. Should we pay the whole amount on our largest card to get the $350 minimum payment down.or should we split it up and pay off ALL of our smaller cards (some of which are behind and we’re starting to get a lot of collections calls) The refund would be enough to pay off all of our small debts, but it wouldn’t leave any to touch the biggest debt with that huge minimum payment and high interest rate.
