Yup! I’m always like oh god what if we “need” that. But I know we don’t. My anxiety go crazy budgeting to 0 but at the same time I know everything is accounted for AND we put stuff into our sinking funds!

I know what you mean! Our yearly insurance premiums are due in April and then our property taxes are due in June. We have the money saved for both in sinking funds and it’s so nice having it all saved but it’s gunna hurt seeing $8, 000 leave my sinking funds totals  But the peace of mind of having the money to do so is worth it!
