Those are 2 options, paying off the house is easier . I am clueless to investing and there is more than one way to pay off the house . So I’ve just been stacking in a money market account

That is currently my debate too. I am guaranteed a return paying off my house early and the stock market is at all time highs. But my interest rate is 2. 75%. Investing though a work 401k and roth is the easiest way to get started if an option.

Starting a graduate certificate this month, potentially sticking with it for a masters degree. My goal is to get a 9-5 for a government contractor doing instructional design.

Focus less on results and more in the process for work, finances and training (triathlon). Improve systems of automating everything. Relax. Stop looking at the "scoreboard" and just play the game. Follow the process.
