Bake your own bread! I would if I could eat gluten. I was in an amish grocery store the other day and they had 50 lbs bags of flour for $15. Buy a bread maker from the thrift store ($15) and you can even sell loaves to your office mates. Brown rice and veggies are best for my body and they are cheap too.
